Mille Vite Langhe Nebbiolo is an exquisite red wine made by destemming and crushing the grapes, followed by a three-day cold pre-maceration in stainless steel tanks. The fermentation process takes place at low temperature to minimize tannin extraction. After fermentation, the wine undergoes a week of post-maceration before being pressed and aged for seven months in barriques, half of which are new barrels.

This Nebbiolo wine offers complex aromas of leather, violets, flowers and mint, with a subtle oak note. The fruit palate is dominated by raspberries, currants and rhubarb, complemented by balsamic nuances and a touch of milk chocolate.

The taste experience is characterized by pure fruit and a dry profile with notes of currants, raspberries and rhubarb. The wine is fresh and crisp with a lemony minerality. The acidity is intense but balanced, and the aftertaste is light and delicate with a balsamic, bittersweet undertone. A truly delicate red wine.
