Discover the elegant Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits 2021 from Lupé-Cholet, an authentic Burgundy wine made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the high-altitude vineyards of Burgundy. This wine has been aged for 12 months, spending time both in steel tanks and in large barrels, creating a harmonious balance between fruity notes and a solid structure.

The nose is refined with hints of raspberry, strawberry and cherry, complemented by subtle floral, herbal and forest floor nuances. The palate is lively and crisp, with a well-balanced structure, where the juicy red berries merge with floral, spicy and mineral elements. The finish is long and pleasant.

Ideal for light dishes such as chicken, fish or vegetarian meals. Recommended serving temperature is around 16°C.
