López Cristobal Reserva is an exquisite red wine from the renowned López Cristóbal winery, located in the prestigious Ribera del Duero region. This wine is a harmonious blend of Merlot and Tempranillo grapes, originating from the 35-year-old Finca Valera vineyard. The vineyard is known for its clayey limestone soil and is located at an altitude of 840 meters above sea level. The grapes are carefully picked by hand and undergo a thorough sorting. The wine is fermented at 30ºC and matured for 16 months in French and American oak barrels, which are between one and three years old. After maturation, the wine is allowed to develop further in the bottle for two years before being made available to wine lovers.
