Isle of Fionia Peated – Danish Single Malt Whisky is a characterful and smoky single malt from Nyborg Distillery, created with organic ingredients and the distillery's uncompromising approach to quality. The whisky is produced from barley malt dried over peat smoke, giving it a distinctive but elegant smoky profile, rarely seen in Danish whisky.

The aroma is filled with intense notes of smoke, dried heather and campfire, combined with sweet nuances of vanilla, honey and caramel from the barrel aging. The taste is powerful and complex with a nice balance between peat smoke, soft notes of malt, dark chocolate, nuts and spicy oak. The aftertaste is long, warm and persistent with a wonderful mix of smoke and sweetness that slowly fades.
