Gino Fasoli True 2013

Gino Fasoli is a family-owned winery located in Valpolicella, about 25 km east of Verona. With 14 hectares of vineyards and a collaboration with local families who supply grapes, they produce exclusively organically certified wines.

True 2013:
This wine is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes. After harvesting, the grapes are dried for 2-3 months, after which the wine is aged for 36-48 months in French barriques. The result is an intense Pinot Noir with an alcohol content of 17%, rich in dry matter and tannins.
