Domaine Humbert Frères Gevrey-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes 2020 is a traditional and intense red wine from Burgundy, made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes. This wine comes from several carefully selected parcels in Gevrey-Chambertin, including the 1er Cru Estournelles-St. Jacques with 60-year-old vines and the Village Etelois with vines over 65 years old, located close to the Grand Cru Griottes-Chambertin vineyard.

Vinification

• Ageing: 14-16 months in 228 liter barrels (50% new) made of Châtillonnais oak in Burgundy. The wine is bottled after natural decantation without filtration.
