Echezeaux Grand Cru from Burgundy is a highly regarded red wine from France, renowned for its depth and finesse. It is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the prestigious Grand Cru vineyards of Echezeaux, Côte de Nuits. The wine is aged in 228 litre oak barrels for 10 months, 30% of which are new, followed by 5 months in steel tanks.

The wine presents itself with a deep ruby ​​red color and an aroma of dark berries, cherries, violets, spices and a subtle earthy note. The taste is rich and complex with a harmonious blend of fruit, spices and earthy nuances. The tannins are structured and well integrated, resulting in a long-lasting aftertaste. This Grand Cru has impressive aging potential.

It can be stored for up to 15 years to achieve optimal maturity. If enjoyed now, it is recommended to decant the wine for at least an hour before serving at 16-18 degrees. It is an excellent choice with hearty meat dishes, lamb, game and mature cheeses.
