Château Haut-Brisson 2016 Saint Emilion Grand Cru is an exquisite wine made from 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. It is aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, 35% of which are new.

The wine presents an intense red color and a fragrant bouquet with nuances of blackberry, raspberry, chocolate, licorice and tobacco. The taste is full-bodied with cherry notes, a silky texture and a pleasant acidity, resulting in a harmonious wine.

For the best experience, serve the wine at 16-18 degrees with lamb, beef or game. It is recommended to decant the wine before serving or store it in the cellar for further maturation.
