Fleur Cardinale is a relatively new winery located in Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux. In 2000, Florence and Dominique Decoster took over ownership of the estate and since 2001 they have been producing wines under their own name. Through significant investment, quality has been improved, resulting in them achieving Grand Cru Classé status in 2006. The wine is grown organically, although without official certification, on 23 hectares of limestone and clay soils and matured in new French oak barrels.
