Calera Pinot Noir 2019 is a fine wine from the Central Coast of California, perfect for Pinot Noir enthusiasts. This wine has been aged for 11 months in French oak barrels, 10% of which are new, giving it a complex aroma of cherries, strawberries, raspberries, violets and forest floor. The palate is rich with red fruit, dried spices and a hint of vanilla, finishing with a silky and persistent finish.

The winery was founded by Josh Jensen, a pioneer in California winemaking, who planted the first vines on Mount Harlan in 1975. Mike Waller, who has been winemaker for about a decade, maintains the Burgundian style with a focus on fruit, freshness, and minerality. Calera is now part of the Duckhorn Wine Company, further reinforcing their commitment to quality.
