Origin and production

This wine comes from Val do Salnés , a sub-region of Rías Baixas, where the cool Atlantic climate and granitic soils create perfect conditions for the Albariño grape. The grapes are hand-picked from vines over 50 years old and undergo a gentle vinification with spontaneous fermentation at low temperatures. The wine is then aged for six months "sur lie" in steel tanks and oak barrels, giving it extra depth and texture.

Attis Albariño De la Mar el Mero 2023 offers a fresh and aromatic flavour profile with notes of tropical fruits such as melon and passion fruit, accompanied by citrus and white flowers. The palate is elegant and rounded with lively acidity and a slightly salty minerality that reflects the wine's maritime roots.
