Terroir and vinification

The grapes come from "Les Crapousuets" – a renowned lieu-dit with chalky and clayey soil. The vines are around 50 years old The harvest is done manually, and both fermentation and maturation take place in traditional 228 liter Burgundy oak barrels. Maturation lasts approximately 14 months.
