Shiraz HD is made from carefully selected Shiraz grapes from the finest vines. Production is limited and only takes place in the most excellent vintages. The wine undergoes fermentation and maturation for 22-24 months in French barriques, of which 65-100% are new. It presents a deep color, aroma and taste. In its youth, the aroma can be a little reserved, but with oxygenation, dark nuances of ripe blackberries and black cherries are revealed. The taste is complex with dark, spicy fruit notes and a light woody character. Over time, the wine develops harmoniously and becomes softer.
