The cherry liqueur has a deep dark red color & smells of sun-ripened cherries. It has an intense cherry flavor, with a suitable contrast between sweet fruit & fruit acidity. 

The cherry liqueur is good with chocolate and desserts, accompanies strong and strong cheeses and goes perfectly with rice ala mande.
