2022 Pinot Noir Blanc de Noirs BIO – Weingut Rieger (Baden, Germany)

This organic wine from Weingut Rieger in Baden is a so-called Blanc de Noirs – a white wine made from blue grapes, in this case 100% Pinot Noir . The grapes are pressed very gently so that the color from the skins does not settle into the must, resulting in a light, slightly golden wine with a subtle character.
