Vita Sauvignon Blanc Eco IGP, Terre Siciliane

Discover this organic white wine from Menfi, located on the southern coast of Sicily, made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The wine is the result of a collaboration between over 2,000 winegrowers who have worked together since 1958 with a strong commitment to sustainability.

The Sauvignon Blanc grapes grow in cool soil, rich in clay and lime, which ensures the best conditions for cultivation. The vertically tied vines, known as Guyot, ensure early ripening of the grapes, so that the harvest can take place in August, while the fruit still has a fresh acidity. The wine is fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks and matures for three months. It is vegan, which means that no animal proteins are used in the fining process.

Vita Sauvignon Blanc presents itself with a light golden color and a greenish tinge. It offers a classic dry and crisp flavor profile with notes of elderflower, lime, grapefruit, green pepper and apples. The taste is fresh and balanced with subtle exotic undertones of almonds, tomato leaves and grass.

Perfect for serving with salads, vegetable dishes, seafood, fish, pasta and risotto dishes. It is also an excellent choice for asparagus.
