Top Cuvée Chardonnay from Son Prim, created by winemaker Jaume Llabrés, presents itself with an elegant pale yellow hue. The aroma reveals floral notes, fresh hazelnut and a touch of vanilla. The taste is rich and slightly buttery, with notes of pear, peach, spices and hazelnuts. Half of the wine is aged for eight months in French oak barrels, while the other half is kept in steel to maintain freshness. The young oak tannins contribute to a round and persistent taste experience with a slightly creamy finish. A harmonious and well-balanced Chardonnay from Son Prim.

We were introduced to Son Prim by a wine-savvy customer and it has proven to be top Spanish quality at attractive prices. The story began in the 1990s when Jaime Llabrés planted Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay on a piece of land in Mallorca to test the soil's potential.
