Red wine from Son Prim, VT Mallorca. The wine is produced in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures (20ºC - 29ºC), with a maceration time of 21 days and undergoes malolactic fermentation. It is aged for 12 months in oak barrels from France, the USA and Hungary.

The wine offers a rich and intense flavour profile with notes of red fruits, flowers, chocolate and vanilla. It has a complex body, balanced with a refreshing acidity and young tannins, making it ideal for longer ageing. It has a persistent and long finish with a deep red colour. The flavour is well-balanced and powerful, yet elegant, with balsamic notes of cinnamon and vanilla. The structure can be further improved with ageing.

The wine is versatile and goes well with almost any dish. The alcohol content is 15.0%. It should be served at a temperature of 15 – 17 degrees.
