Singular IPA Hop-Infused Gin

Iradier y Bulfy IPA Gin is a unique Spanish gin made from scratch with water, barley and yeast. It undergoes a process similar to beer brewing, where local barley is milled, mashed and fermented before being distilled in a 300-litre copper pot still. This gin has a unique spirit base with a smooth and flavorful character and a warm hint of malted barley. Botanicals such as Basque juniper, cocoa, Guinea pepper, cardamom and bitter orange are added and redistilled. Cascade and Amarillo hops contribute a special flavor that stands out from traditional gins.

Smell and Taste
Dominant hop aromas with notes of juniper, spices and citrus.

Aftertaste
Refreshing and slightly dry, especially when enjoyed in a gin and tonic.

Fill a glass with ice cubes

2 parts Franklin & Sons Mallorcan Tonic
Garnish with a slice of lime
