A deep, full-bodied and spicy Cabernet Shiraz blend!

This exquisite wine is created by John Quarisa, who has mastered the art of blending grapes to perfection. The grapes come from Quarisa's own vineyards in South Australia, specifically New South Wales. John Quarisa has previously worked with some of the most recognized names in the Australian wine industry, but is now focusing on producing his own wines at his vineyard. He has already achieved several gold medals, and this wine is one of them! James Halliday has given Quarisa Wines four stars and called them "exceptional value for money."

The wine has a deep color with reddish tones. It offers enchanting aromas of summer berries, vanilla, blackberries and a touch of eucalyptus. The palate is dark and velvety with notes of blackberries, pepper, a hint of mocha and incredibly soft tannins. This medium-bodied wine is both powerful and juicy, with soft tannins that provide a persistent velvety experience from start to finish.

Serve the wine at 19-20 degrees. It is perfect for barbecues, stews or cheese tables, but can also be enjoyed on its own.
