Shaya 'Shaya' 2021 is a white wine from the Rueda region of Spain, made from Verdejo grapes. This wine is famous for its freshness and lively acidity, with a unique mineral character that comes from the sandy and calcareous soils of the vineyards. You will often find aromas of ripe tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango, complemented by notes of citrus, herbs and a subtle floral scent.

The taste of Shaya 'Shaya' 2021 offers a harmonious balance between fruit and acidity, with a slightly creamy texture and a lingering aftertaste. There may also be a slight nutty nuance, as part of the wine may have been aged on yeast residues (sur lie), which gives extra depth and complexity.

The wine is an excellent choice for seafood, salads, grilled white fish and chicken dishes. It also works perfectly as a refreshing aperitif.
