Sei Solo is a prestigious project created by renowned winemaker Javier Zaccagnini, also known from Bodegas Aalto. This Ribera del Duero wine is of exceptional quality and is considered among Spain's most distinguished wines.

The grapes for this wine come from 60-90 year old vines on the 6 hectare vineyard "La Horra," which is partly owned by Javier. The vineyard's elevated location ensures cooler temperatures, which contributes to the wine's characteristic structure and elegance.

Only the finest casks are used for this exclusive wine, and the 2019 vintage continues to impress. We are pleased to present this excellent wine, although it is available in limited quantities.

Javier Zaccagnini is convinced that the Tempranillo grape can create some of the world's most excellent wines when treated correctly, which is the aim of Sei Solo.

The wine is made exclusively from Tempranillo and is matured without the use of new oak barrels. The secret lies in the malolactic fermentation that takes place deep underground at just 10 degrees. This results in a naturally developed wine with cool fruit, complexity and a silky elegance.
