Origin & Production Method

The wine is produced biodynamically by Weingut Seckinger in the Palatinate region, Germany, by the three brothers Jonas, Lukas and Philipp.

The grapes come from vineyards with clay and loess soil , often with sandstone - including Ruppertsberger Linsenbusch and Niederkirchener Schlossberg.

Vinification occurs spontaneously with natural yeast in stainless steel tanks, where the wine matures for a few months, and is then bottled unfiltered and unclarified - a natural and authentic style choice.

Flavor profile

Scent & aroma : Fresh and lively with a complex, intense bouquet characterized by citrus (grapefruit, lime), green apples and a light mineral note – typical of loess and calcareous soil.

Taste : Elegant and balanced with a fine, soft acidity and high fruit extract, which gives good drinking flow and silky texture. Notes of citrus, green fruit, minerality and perhaps a touch of salty gravel characterize the taste experience.
