Produced by Weingut Seckinger in Palatinate , Germany, organically certified

Made from Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir), where the grapes are pressed quickly after harvest and fermented in stainless steel tanks, then the wine rests on fine yeast residues (lees) for a few months to develop complexity.
