Ramos Pinto Collector Reserva Ruby 37.5 cl

Ramos Pinto, a well-known port producer, became part of the Louis Roederer family in 1990. This acquisition led to a modernization and expansion of their range to include table wines. The company owns four vineyards: Quinta do Bom Retiro, Quinta da Urtiga, Quinta dos Bons Ares and Quinta de Ervamoira. The grapes for Duas Quintas table wines come from the latter two vineyards.

Collector Porto Reserva is a Ruby Port with an average age of around five years, combining both young and older wines. It presents a deep, brilliant colour and offers aromas of blackberries, cherries, figs and plums. The palate is rich with nuances of pepper and ripe dark fruits. The wine is unfiltered to preserve its complex flavour profile and fruit character.

Collector Porto Reserva is an excellent choice for cheese, chocolate desserts, smoked ham and hearty meat dishes such as game, beef or lamb. It should be served slightly chilled at 14-16 degrees for the best taste experience.
