Winemaking process: The grapes are gently hand-picked when they have reached their optimum ripeness to maximise the aromatic and polyphenolic content. After gentle crushing and destemming, the grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks, ensuring that the wine's quality components are transferred from the skins.

Grape composition: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinto Cão

Taste profile: The wine presents a deep red color. The aroma is fresh and fruity with hints of wild berries, black cherries and spices. The taste is concentrated with a good acid balance, soft tannins and a persistent aftertaste.

Recommended serving temperature: 15-17°C

Ideal companion for roasts, traditional Portuguese cuisine and strong cheeses.
