Plantation Jamaica 1998 is a unique single cask rum that undergoes a unique triple maturation process: first it is aged for 15 years in bourbon barrels, then in French cognac barrels, and finally it receives a final maturation in sauternes barrels. This process gives the rum a harmonious and rounded flavor profile.

Color: A beautiful orange-golden hue.

Scent: An inviting aroma of honey, with subtle notes of peaches, banoffee pie and a hint of camphor.

Taste: A well-balanced combination of strength and sweetness, with notes of walnut, orange peel and Daim.
