Passi Reali Bianco 2023 Passione Natura Eco is an organic wine from Abruzzo, composed of 70% Trebbiano d'Abruzzo and Chardonnay. The grapes are grown in the scenic Abruzzo mountains and use the 'appassimento' method, where the grape bunches are dried for around 20 days before fermentation. This technique increases the sugar content and adds extra body and complexity to the wine. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 4 months on its lees in steel tanks. The result is a balanced wine with a combination of fruity sweetness, freshness and body, as well as exotic notes of ripe, tropical fruits and a minerality from the mountains. It is ideal for vegetable dishes, pasta dishes, fish, seafood or poultry in white sauces.
