Château Romassan, located in the beautiful Bandol in the Var, benefits from a subsoil rich in marl, sandstone and limestone. The sunny and warm climate, combined with cool Mediterranean winds, create optimal conditions for wine production. The estate has 70 hectares of vineyards where the grape varieties Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah thrive. The rosé wine is a harmonious blend of 50-60% Mourvèdre, 20-25% Cinsault, 20-25% Grenache and a little Syrah, resulting in a wine with an aromatic and complex character. It is soft and fruity with notes of citrus fruits and white peaches, and quickly develops a structured and spicy taste with nuances of red berries, typical of Bandol rosé. The finish is persistent and harmonious. This wine is an excellent choice for dishes with fish, poultry in sauce, shellfish or veal and should be served at a temperature of 10-12 degrees.
