Monkey 47 gin is famous for its complex flavour profile, containing 47 different ingredients. It offers an intense and aromatic scent with notes of juniper, citrus, lavender, hibiscus and jasmine. The taste is a harmonious blend of vegetal, herbal, floral and citrus notes. It is ideal for a gin and tonic, where you can choose a neutral tonic or a citrus-infused tonic such as Acqua Tonica di Chinotto. A slice of lemon peel can be used as a garnish, but Monkey 47 has plenty of character on its own.
