Mille Vite Chardonnay is an inviting wine that has not been aged in oak barrels. The grapes are destemmed and crushed, after which they undergo a cool pre-maceration for two hours. They are pressed with nitrogen and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 13-14 degrees for three weeks. The wine is then aged sur lie for six months before being bottled. Production is limited to just 2,400 bottles.

The wine has a full-bodied aroma with notes of exotic fruits such as melon, mango, pineapple and pear, complemented by roasted nuts, Nutella, floral scents, smoke and a slightly salty nuance. The taste is characterized by acidity and a salty character with green pears, unripe peaches, lemon and cumin, and it has a clean and delicate acidity.
