The wine is aged in large 1600 litre French oak barrels for a period of 10-12 months, followed by at least 2 months in bottle. The vineyard is located in the Alba district on the Santa Rosalia hill. The wine presents itself with a ruby ​​red colour. The aroma is rich in spices and berries, both delicate and intense. The taste is dry and harmonious. It should be served at 15-17 degrees and goes well with pasta, veal, pork, game and poultry dishes.
