Barbera D'Asti "Belmon" is an exquisite wine that comes from three vineyards located at an altitude of 260 meters: "Cerruta", "Canfulet" and "Glauda". The vines, which are 30 years old, produce a yield of 9000 kg of grapes per hectare. The grapes are carefully selected and undergo a maceration process of 15-20 days, based on the traditional methods of the Berta family. The wine presents itself with a deep ruby ​​red color and a fruity aroma, offering notes of violets and ripe fruit. The taste is well-balanced, full-bodied and round, with nuances of cherry and chocolate and a pleasant acidity. It should be served at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
