Bodegas Lynus creates wine using the Tempranillo grape from the renowned DO Ribera de Duero area. Lynus Viñedos y Bodegas, established in 1999, is a family-owned business that produces around 60,000 bottles annually. The name Lynus, which has roots in Greek mythology, stands for harmony and rhythm, qualities that they strive to capture in their wines.

The grapes are grown on Roldán Pago, a rocky soil located 820 meters above sea level. This altitude ensures a slow and intense ripening, and the grapes are picked by hand when they have reached their optimum ripeness.

At the winery, the grapes undergo pre-fermentative cold maceration and malolactic fermentation in barrels. Lynus is then aged for 12-14 months in French oak barrels. This wine reflects the unique character of the winery with an intense and full-bodied Tempranillo flavor.
