Lupé-Cholet Bourgogne Côte d'Or is made from grapes from both Côte-de-Nuits and Côte-de-Beaune. This wine combines the spicy notes of the north with the fruity nuances of the south, resulting in a harmonious balance. The wine is fermented in open wooden vats with agitation and undergoes malolactic fermentation. It is aged in large tanks and 228-liter wooden barrels for 12 months, and is bottled without fining or filtering.

Burgundy Côte d'Or presents itself with a beautiful ruby ​​red color. The aroma offers nuances of dark berries such as cherries, blackcurrants and wild blackberries, accompanied by dark spices such as black pepper. The taste is well balanced with a fine harmony between strength, alcohol and finesse. The wine finishes with delicate notes and has good potential for aging. It is an excellent choice for dishes with lamb, veal, duck and mild cheeses.

It should be served at a temperature of 14-16 degrees.
