Cuvée Spumante Extra Dry is made from Glera grapes from Veneto and Friuli. After a gentle pressing, the must undergoes natural settling. The main fermentation takes place in steel tanks, after which the wine is mixed with unfermented must and transferred to pressure tanks for a second fermentation. This creates a fresh, aromatic and slightly sweet sparkling wine with lively bubbles. It has a straw yellow color, and both the aroma and taste are characterized by floral and fruity notes. Ideal as an aperitif and with dishes with seafood, fish or poultry.
