Cuvée Spumante Extra Dry is made from Glera grapes originating from the Italian regions of Veneto and Friuli. After a gentle pressing, the must undergoes natural settling. The majority of the wine is fermented in steel tanks, after which it is mixed with unfermented must and transferred to pressure tanks for a second fermentation. This creates a fresh, aromatic and slightly sweet sparkling wine with lively bubbles. The wine has a straw yellow color, and both the aroma and taste are characterized by floral and fruity notes. It is ideal as an aperitif and goes well with seafood, fish or poultry.
