The wine is composed of 80% Grenache Noir and 20% Syrah, grown in the southern Rhône. The vines, which are around 50 years old, thrive in a stony soil, which is perfect for both Grenache and Syrah. After destemming and gentle pressing, the grapes undergo cold fermentation in steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation and a 9-month maturation in steel tanks.

With its ruby ​​red hue, the wine presents a fruity profile, with Grenache bringing notes of raspberries, plums and pomegranates as well as subtle spices. Syrah contributes structure, dryness and tannins. The finish is spicy with hints of dark chocolate and licorice. It is a harmonious wine that balances strength and softness.

It is ideal for dishes with vegetables, veal, pork, poultry or white cheese. Perfect for barbecue dishes. Recommended serving temperature is around 16 degrees.
