The composition of the grapes consists of 70% Corvina and Corvinone, 20% Rondinella and 10% other grape varieties. These grapes are grown in the areas of Mezzane, Grezzana and Val d'Illasi. The vines are planted at a density of 8,000 per hectare and are cultivated according to the Guyot method. The grapes are harvested manually at the end of September and the beginning of October. After destemming and pressing, the must undergoes cryomaceration at 7-8 degrees for 12-18 hours. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks with temperature control and regular "pump-over". The wine is aged and bottled in steel tanks, after which it matures for a few months. The alcohol percentage is 13%. The wine has a ruby red color with purple hues, an intense and fruity aroma, and the taste is both fruity and floral. A wine that is easy to enjoy.
