This white wine is made primarily from the Garganega grape, supplemented with 5-10% local grapes, which have a flavor profile reminiscent of Gewürztraminer. The wine offers a fruity experience with notes of fresh, crisp green apples. The grapes grow in Mezzane and Illasi on soils consisting of volcanic material, chalk and clay, located 200 meters above sea level. The vines are planted in the Trellis system with a density of 4,500 vines per hectare and a yield of 60 hectoliters per hectare. The harvest takes place manually at the end of September, where the grapes are divided into batches and vinified separately. After destemming and pressing, the must is fermented at 15-16 degrees for about 15 days. The wine is matured in steel tanks and then bottled, where it is allowed to develop for a few months before being released on the market. The alcohol percentage is 12.5%.
