This unique 30-year-old white port from Kopke is made from green grapes, highlighting the wine's barrel aging. It offers a complex aroma with notes of currants, pickled citrus peel, dried apricot, nuts and dried figs. Excellent acidity balances the sweetness and creates a harmonious taste experience.

It is ideal to enjoy on its own, but also goes well with desserts such as apple strudel, crème caramel or foie gras terrine. A good blue cheese is also an excellent choice.
