This exclusive Marc de Bourgogne from Joseph Cartron is a noble and rare eau-de-vie distilled from grape marc from Burgundy – and then aged for a full 15 years in oak barrels. This results in a complex and rounded spirit with depth, character and classic Burgundian elegance.

Flavor profile:

Aroma: Intense and ripe nose with notes of dried fruit, walnuts, vanilla, tobacco and a touch of spicy oak.

Taste: Full-bodied and well-balanced with notes of raisins, nuts, roasted coffee, dark chocolate and long wood-aged depth.
