Jean Fillioux Très Vieux Cognac is an elegant and mature cognac from the family-owned house of Jean Fillioux in the heart of Grande Champagne – the most prestigious cru in Cognac. This bottling is created from the Ugni Blanc grape, which, after traditional double distillation in copper stills, has been aged for a long time in French oak barrels, giving it a deep complexity and refined character.

The nose is filled with complex aromas of dried fruit, candied orange peel, nuts and hints of tobacco and leather. The taste is full and soft with notes of vanilla, caramel, walnut, honey and a touch of spices. The finish is long, round and harmonious, where the ripeness and the many layers slowly unfold.
