Hebridean Gin – Isle of Raasay is an elegant and characterful gin from the small island of Raasay , located between Skye and the Scottish mainland in the Outer Hebrides. The gin is created by Raasay Distillery , known for its authentic approach and use of local ingredients that reflect the raw and beautiful nature of the island.

This gin is distilled from a base of Scottish grain , and the flavour profile is inspired by the island's maritime climate and lush vegetation. It is infused with 10 carefully selected botanicals , including juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, lemon peel, orange peel, liquorice root and local elderflower . In addition, water from Raasay's own springs is used, giving the gin a unique mineral freshness.

In the glass, you will experience a fresh and complex aroma with notes of citrus, juniper and flowers , followed by a soft, round and aromatic taste , where the classic character of juniper meets fresh citrus and subtle herbal nuances . The aftertaste is clear, slightly salty and elegantly dry – a nod to the sea breeze around the island.
