Myola is a deep red wine with a complex flavour profile and strong tannins, indicating great potential for ageing. The aroma is a harmonious blend of cool cherry notes and warmer nuances of blackcurrant and ripe plum. The oak integrates well with the fruit, and it is recommended to aerate the wine while it is young. Myola is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, the blend ratio of which can vary from year to year. In some vintages, such as 2007, Shiraz is also included in the blend.
