The grapes were harvested at a ripeness of 23.2°B and pressed at a pressure of 1.4 bar. After two days of resting, the juice was transferred to barrels. Fermentation took place over 8 days using natural yeast. The wine matured for 22 months on the lees in 100% new French oak barrels.
The wine has a light straw yellow color. The aroma offers notes of citrus and orange peel. The taste is creamy with hints of vanilla and subtle notes of orange peel, ending with a buttery aftertaste. It has a long finish with a delicate structure. Can be enjoyed now or within 7-12 years from the harvest. It is an excellent choice for creamy or spicy dishes, light meat dishes, fish and seafood.
