Peter Sisseck focuses on creating wines with juiciness and finesse, making them more accessible and ensuring that the fruit remains fresh for longer. The 2016 vintage of Pingus focuses on lower alcohol content and less use of barrel aging compared to Flor de Pingus.

Peter Sisseck describes this wine as being balanced and transparent, with a unique lightness, intensity and persistent taste. The wine is aged for around 20 months in used barrels and consists of 100% Tempranillo.

Known for his tireless pursuit of perfection, Peter Sisseck manages to create wines that are both unique and remarkable.
