By Ott Rosé from Domaine Ott is a sophisticated wine from Côtes de Provence. It is composed of Grenache (60-70%), Cinsault (20-30%), Syrah (6-10%) and Mourvèdre (approx. 4%), primarily from Château Mireille and Château de Selle. The wine is created by the experienced team at Domaine Ott in the new cellars of Château de Selle.

After the grapes are destemmed and gently crushed, they are left in tanks overnight before the skins and seeds are separated. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks, and the wine is blended after fermentation to achieve a perfect balance between freshness and complexity.

By Ott Rosé presents a classic red-orange hue. The aroma is filled with notes of white peaches, apricots, passion fruit and mango. The taste is fresh and lively with fruity tones, exotic citrus notes and subtle spices such as cinnamon and cardamom. The finish is harmonious and elegant. Ideal with fish, shellfish, poultry, white meat or Provencal and exotic dishes.
