Domaine Kuheiji Bourgogne Aligoté 2021 is a fresh and mineral white Burgundy, created by Japanese winemaker Kuheiji Kuno, who, with his background in sake production, works with extreme precision and respect for the terroir. Aligoté is Burgundy's "other" white grape, but in Kuheiji's hands it becomes a wine of great finesse, energy and character.

In the glass, the wine appears clear, light golden with green reflections. The nose is crisp and aromatic with notes of citrus fruits, green apples and white flowers, complemented by fine mineral touches and a slightly herbal freshness. Behind it, there is a subtle hint of almond and chalky minerality that adds complexity.

The palate is lively and elegant with a vibrant acidity that gives intense freshness. The fruit is clean and precise with citrus notes and green apples at the center, and the finish is crisp, mineral and persistent.
