Dictador Sinfonia Pardo Vintage 1999 is part of the exclusive Sinfonia series, created by renowned Master Blender Hernan Parra. This unique vintage rum is matured in American oak barrels and has an alcohol content of 43%. It presents a complex aroma profile with notes of tropical mango, oak, freshly ground coffee, sweet black tea and ginger. The taste experience offers flambéed pancake, fig leaves, dates, thyme, pineapple, vanilla and yuzu. The finish is long with hints of sweet iced tea, white chocolate and bourbon oak.
